FELIZ RESIDENCE

1. The use of local natural construction materials
- Stone – sandstone on façade, granite, limestone - Amenity levels
- Wood – Siberian spruce at elevation
- Glass – enclosure of balconies

2. Increased wall and roof thermal insulation to reduce heating energy
- Wall insulation thickness - 17 cm,
- Transfer coefficient k = 0,2W/sqm*K
- High insulation of windows – 1,1 W/sqm*K

3. Carefully designed green areas
- Green roofs on the garages

4. Solar collectors on the roofs
- 12 Solar collectors on the roofs will result in 25%-30% reduction of the energy for production of the hot water
- Significant reduction in CO2 emission.

5. Rainwater recycling
- Rainwater is collected in a large rainwater retention tank under the buildings
- Rainwater is used for toilet’s splashes, to clean garages and irrigate the green areas – to reduce the consumption of the clean water from the city main.
- Any disposal of rainwater from the site to the city main is not necessary

6. The investment uses high efficiency condensing boilers for heating, saving approx. 15% of the gas and heating energy in comparison to the traditional boilers.

7. Energy efficient light bulbs are used in common areas to reduce the consumption of electricity on the project.

8. Some apartments equipped with the home management system with central control on the LCD panel
- Home management system coordinates the functions of various systems in the apartment, e.g. lighting, heating, security, ventilation, etc. – contributing to the overall energy saving in the apartment and on the project.

KLONOWA ALEJA

1. The use of natural construction materials

2. Increase in wall and roof thermal insulation
-  Doubled thermal insulation (in compare to Polish regulations’ requirements) of walls, 20 cm thick; use of windows and doors with increased thermal insulation – to reduce heat energy consumption and provide better acoustic insulation

3. Carefully designed recreation areas
-  Space-friendly architecture accommodating playgrounds for kids

4. Solar collectors on the roofs
- 108 solar collectors with a total area of 248 m2. Collectors will save up to 20% of energy consumption for hot water. Thus the actual CO2 emission will be lower by nearly 78 tons per year.

5. Green roofs

6. Programmable heat controllers provided in all apartments.
-  Heating level might be adjusted in each room of the apartment separately with a programming function for 7 days a week – to increase the comfort of leaving and reduce the heating use.
