We recieved an occupancy permit
In September 2009, we received the occupancy permit for the first in Warsaw environmentally friendly housing Feliz Residence - 40 apartments located in Warsaw Ochota district, in the vicinity of Szczęśliwicki Park. Two cozy apartment buildings have been finished by using the highest quality natural materials such as wood and stone. Modern energy-saving solutions were applied what will reduce the operating costs of apartments of up to 30% in comparison to traditional technologies offered on the market by applying i.e. : solar panels, condensing furnaces, energy-saving luminaries, insulation in walls and roofs almost twice thicker , and recirculation of rainwater. Apartments on the top floors are penthouses with fireplaces and terraces covered with greenery. Apartments are attractive to the customers, half of the them have been already sold.
