A new service for customers of Klonowa Aleja and Feliz Residence housing developments

Works on the Feliz Residence housing development in the Warsaw district of Ochota are completed in more than 70%. The elevation will be finished as early as in April and arrangement works outside and finishing works inside the buildings are under way. The expected date of the investment completion – August 2009
Prices of apartments in the Feliz Residence housing development are at the very attractive level, starting from gross PLN 10,900 per square meter of a “turnkey” apartment with a garden/balcony.
