First standard COMFORT is a basic programme prepared for clients who appreciate functionality and good quality at reasonable price. In this standard floor will be covered with laminated panels of Kronopol and glazed ceramic tiles of trusted Polish producers, like Opoczno, Tubądzin and Paradyż, chosen from the most popular series. Moreover, a band of smaller tiles will be put above the kitchen desktop. In the bathroom and toilet, equipment and materials of the following companies will be used: Opoczno, Tubądzin, Paradyż, Ideal Standard, Koło, Hansa. The programme includes also painting with Dekoral paints in light colours and laminated doors of Pol-Skone to choose from several coloristic variants.
